Step-by-Step Guide

1. Visit our member portal with your mobile

You can sign up for or renew Kinokuniya Privilege Card membership from our member portal (th-membership.kinokuniya.com).

2. Tap Buy Membership

If you are already a member, you are required to log in to member portal.

3. Fill up your information

Fields with * are required.

You can renew your membership on/after 60 days before the expiry date.

If you have valid membership and registered mobile number or e-mail address before, you will be required to log-in to E-Member Card with 2 step verification. Tap the button and continue.

After log-in, select Buy Membership menu and continue application.

5. Confirm on Terms and Conditions and Private Policy, then proceed for payment

6. Enter your credit card information and complete application

Upon successful payment, you will get Kinokuniya Privilege Card number and access to e-Member Card.
